Are you a junior Lawyer that could be interested in joining the London team of one of the world's leading real estate finance practice?


A leading global law firm, known for its expertise in complex financial transactions and real estate matters, is seeking a skilled and driven Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join its dynamic team. The firm is recognized for advising major financial institutions, investors, and corporate clients on high-value, cross-border transactions, offering innovative solutions across the real estate and finance sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on real estate finance matters, including the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of financing transactions.
  • Manage high-profile transactions involving real estate acquisitions, developments, and refinancings.
  • Collaborate with teams across practice areas such as banking, capital markets, and tax to provide comprehensive advice on complex, multi-jurisdictional deals.


Key Requirements:

  • NQ-2 years of post-qualification experience in real estate finance, or wide banking & finance at a leading law firm.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate finance, including acquisition finance, development finance, and structured finance.
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex transactions independently.
  • Experience working on cross-border transactions is highly desirable.
