Department: Community Care The Community Care department focuses on assisting individuals in accessing care services at home, in institutions, or through health and housing services. The team, consisting of four specialists, handles both publicly and privately funded cases and collaborates closely with other firms and barristers’ chambers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Board to achieve performance targets.
• Manage all aspects of Community Care work and provide guidance to team members as needed.
• Handle caseloads of varying complexity.
• Meet with clients, prepare cases, manage correspondence, and maintain accurate records.
• Implement recommendations from file reviews and ensure compliance with file management standards.
• Contribute to Business Development and Marketing efforts.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Practising Certificate.
• Proven supervisory experience and ability to work to performance indicators.
• Excellent client care, communication, and networking skills.
• Experience in both publicly and privately funded Community Care work, including Wills & Probate.
• Advocacy experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
