Manager - Regulatory Consulting

Our Client

Our client, a leading global consultancy, is looking for a Manager in the regulatory consulting practice to advise a broad range of financial services clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and deliver on a variety of engagements and play an instrumental role in developing new and existing client relationships, whilst developing junior members of the team.

Main Duties

• Managing a portfolio of clients, and advising them on their compliance with existing and upcoming regulatory requirements (including Consumer Duty, Conduct Risk, ESG, DORA etc)
• Supporting the delivery of s166 reviews, FCA authorisations, reg due diligence etc
• Business development – grasping new business opportunities for up selling/cross selling to existing clients and building new client relationships
• Representing the practice at client meetings, networking events and conferences

Your Profile

• Knowledge of the FCA/PRA regulatory environment
• Governance/ risk management/ regulatory experience within consultancy
• Strong ability to influence and manage client relationships/ internal stakeholders
• Demonstrable commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
