Human Resources Advisor

We are currently working with a client in the healthcare sector, based in Northamptonshire, who are recruiting for a HR Advisor on a permanent contract contract. The position is full-time hours, with a salary ranging from £32,500 - £35,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have extensive ER experience (minimum of two years).

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Taking responsibility for the full process of employee relations cases – investigations, hearings, disciplinaries etc
• Providing support, advice and coaching to managers across the organisation on HR related matters
• Coaching on all aspects of ER, Employment Law, Casework (e.g., Investigations, Disciplinaries, Appeals, Occupational Health, Absences management, Family friendly, performance management and Tribunals
• Collaborating with external stakeholders
• Working flexibly within the organisation, creating, developing, and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, customers, and external contacts
• Developing and maintaining records including spreadsheets, databases etc in pursuance of the company’s objectives
• Participating in staff Personal Development Plans working towards agreed objectives and undertaking training where necessary

Expertise required:

• CIPD qualified (ideally level 5)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience handling employee relations cases
