Human Resources Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be partnering with a leading company based in Doncaster who are looking to appoint a HR Manager on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a standalone HR Manager role supporting a headcount of c150 which will report directly into the Finance Director. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the business on strategic initiatives.

The company is dedicated to delivering high-quality products while fostering a collaborative and friendly work environment. As the company continues to grow, the role will oversee all HR and be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing employee relations cases and conflict resolution
• Developing policies and procedures
• Support for compensation and benefits programs
• Promotion of workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Human resources administration and operational oversight
• Recruitment and talent acquisition management
• Coordination of training and professional development programmes
• Employee retention strategies and initiatives
• Strategic HR leadership and guidance to support senior leadership team
• Data-driven HR analytics for informed decision-making
