This firm focuses on HNW and UHNW clients across the Thames Valley and West London area, with a diverse caseload of residential purchases and sales, leases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of Residential Property matters including purchases and sales, leases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Assist senior Solicitors and team Partners on complex matters including small developments, matrimonial property transactions, charity matters, and specialist property probate and trust work.
• Representing HNW and UHNW individuals in a professional and fully compliant manner.
• Research appropriate case law, technical matters, and legal precedents to progress matters.
• Clearly communicate with colleagues and clients.

Skills and Experience:

• UK qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal executive, ideally of 2-4 years’ PQE (other levels will be considered).
• Proven experience managing a diverse caseload of residential property matters in a reputable firm.
• History of excellence, dealing with good quality matters and meeting targets relative to salary.
• Strong technical ability including thoroughness and excellent attention to detail
• A strong interest in residential property and internal progression.
