Over the last 18 months, they've steadily expanded and are now looking to double their turnover by 2030. With a focus on building 50-100 unit developments across Kent and Sussex, they're committed to delivering high-quality homes while maintaining a close-knit, collaborative work culture.

About the Role:

They are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their growing team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be working on new build housing sites valued from £6M up to £18M. This is an exciting opportunity to move away from a larger PLC environment and join a dynamic team with significant growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial activities on multiple residential development projects.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure project profitability.
• Work closely with the build and design teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

About You:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Commercial Manager with a Main Contractor or House Builder
• Strong financial acumen and contract management expertise.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent communication skills.
