The role:

Are you a senior Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 7+ years PQE and looking for a Head of Department role with a clear and defined timescale to reach Partnership? If so, this firm in Bristol would like to hear from you.

This role has arisen in line with succession planning for a senior Partner who will be retiring in the next 2 years. As such, they are looking to bring in a Head of Department who, after a period of bedding in, will take over the reins of the department and become a Partner in their place.

You may already have a client following and/or a book of contacts, but what makes this opportunity so appealing is the existing flow of work ready to be handed over together with an abundance of cross-referral work to be properly capitalised on. Therefore, for the right person, there is a bright and lucrative future to be had at this firm.
