The firm are looking for a Real Estate Senior Associate 4+ PQE to join their Manchester office in the heart of the City.

You will work closely with the other Partners within the Real Estate department, and more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team.

You will deal with a complex and high value caseload dealing with acquisitions and disposals, commercial development, landlord and tenant, real estate finance and sale and leaseback transactions.

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
