Product Operations Specialist

A leading investment bank is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Asset Transfer Operations Specialist to join their Wealth Management Integration team.

Job Title: Asset Transfer Operations Specialist

Location: City of London

Duration: Until 30/09/2025

Working arrangement: 4 days per week in the office, 1 day from home.

You Will:

• Help coordinate the outreach to HF Transfer Agents
• Help drive the future operational set-up of the global hedge fund custodian business in Wealth Mgt.
• Bring product knowledge to working group meetings to help define run-books and mitigate any potential issues
• Be responsible for completing tasks within deadlines and providing status updates to the working group
• Have regular contact with fund administrators including requests to open new accounts at nominee level and general fund enquiries

Your Skills/Experience:

• You understand different asset types and how they operate (hedge funds, mutual funds, bonds, equities etc)
• You have knowledge of the external Asset Transfer process and the various touch points involved
• You have a strong understanding of hedge funds/asset transfers
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in asset transfer operations or a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
