Quality Manager (Injection Plastics)

As a Quality Manager (also known as Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Control Manager), you'll oversee all aspects of quality assurance and statistical process control in the plant manufacturing areas. You'll coordinate quality assurance functions with all other departments, develop and administer policies in line with customer needs and the Quality Operating System, and drive a quality culture throughout the organization. Your role will also involve reducing variation through effective quality techniques, assisting customers, improving systems for efficiency, and managing supplier quality programs.

• 5+ years of experience in a Quality role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
