Reports to: Snr Director of Applications, IT, Culligan International

Summary: The Consumer Products Technology Lead will partner with our Consumer Products Division /CPD businesses to ensure the technology supporting them is modernized and enables their current and future growth. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our technology strategy within Culligan's Consumer Products business while aligning with global strategy and platforms. This role demands a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of retail, e-commerce, and Supply Chain technology and strategy mapping, and a proven track record of leveraging technology to drive efficiency, innovation, and competitive advantage. This role will work directly with the CPD Executive Leadership and leaders within the organization including Product, Marketing, Sales and Finance. This leadership position will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as be a hands-on technical contributor to define, design, execute and ensure the delivery of technology strategy, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality within our Consumer Products operations. Initially a stand alone role partnering with and leading cross functional teams you will also be building a team to support CPD.

Core role and responsibilities:
  • Partner with Consumer Products Business Units and Culligan Technology Leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's objectives and driving digital transformation
  • Implement and maintain technology systems and solutions to optimize retail processes including product listing/management, shopping cart, fulfilment, secure payment processing and data management
  • Oversee the development and implementation of IT systems to enhance supply chain visibility, demand forecasting, inventory management, and distribution logistics
  • Partner and align with ERP systems and implementation projects to ensure successful and value-based integration with manufacturing and supply chain performance and data management.
  • Partner to ensure the optimization of data through actionable dashboards, analytics, KPI's driving decision making
  • Responsible for the execution of the IT Plan of Record/program strategy supporting CPD
  • Manage supporting vendor partners/partnerships to ensure the successful delivery of project and support
  • Oversee operational services and projects for CPD
  • Ensure that the disaster recovery, business continuity, risk management and access controls capabilities are in place and delivering on expectations
  • Coordinate with Americas IT Leadership on global standards, processes and providers
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years business experience supporting global online retail, brick and mortar and e-commerce
  • Bachelors Degree required, MBA preferred
  • In-depth experience with modern web architectures and operational delivery of consumer products
  • Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes, technologies, and best practices including EDI platforms and protocols
  • Data warehousing & management skills including SQL
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successful technology delivery
  • Experience with ERP systems, data analytics, and business intelligence tools- Ideally, SAP, Sage
  • Familiarity with industry-specific compliance and regulatory standards
  • Comfortable with change and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment
  • Clear and concise written, presentation, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Domestic and international travel required
  • Agile and lean project management experience
