What you'll do on a typical day:

• Manage the daily operations and prepare schedules
• Supervise and provide training to the team to improve performance
• Maintain high work quality for exceptional customer service
• Adhere to the company's quality policy and maintain a clean environment
• Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and other departments
• Implement continuous improvement action plans

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and overtime

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience

This job may require lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in hot or cold warehouse environments.
