Vacancy Overview:
- Job Title: Spare Parts Coordinator
- Location: Office-based with occasional work-from-home flexibility
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 4 PM
- Flexibility for 7:30 AM to 4 PM shifts
- Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum DOE
- Delivering outstanding customer service by responding promptly and professionally
- Handling phone calls and emails from both UK and global clients
- Logging enquiries and requests in the appropriate software, ensuring all relevant information is recorded, categorised correctly, and prioritised based on potential impact and urgency
- Processing customer orders promptly and efficiently
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain prices or updates on orders
- Picking and packing spares orders, including arranging courier collections (role is approximately 75% office/25% shop floor)
- Using effective communication to proactively manage customer expectations
- Confidence and proficiency with computer software, including the Microsoft Office suite
- Professional and courteous communication on calls and emails
- Positive 'can-do' attitude
- Adaptability and flexibility to change
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong time management
- Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team or individually as required
- Knowledge of a similar industry is preferable but not essential, as training will be provided
- Quick learner with the ability to understand various aspects of the business
- Self-motivated and adaptable to new tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
- Friendly and adaptable personality, fitting well within a close-knit team
- 25 days of holiday less 3 days for Christmas shutdown
