Conveyancing Solicitor - Site Based

My client is looking to a Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 1-3 years prior experience in all aspects of conveyancing. We are looking to expand our Conveyancing Department and build upon the existing client base and caseload within our Conveyancing department.

The successful candidate will be an all-round Licensed Conveyancer. You will be expected to handle and manage all Conveyancing matters whilst supervising caseworkers in the department. You must have a solid and up to date knowledge of the relevant law.

The Licensed Conveyancer will be expected to have experience in the following areas:

• Residential conveyancing
• Commercial conveyancing

Candidates must also have a keen interest in generating new business by building local networks. There will be an opportunity to be involved in the firm's marketing and business development plan for the department.
