Job Description

My client are an award winning contractor who deliver high end residential projects across the North West. They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on £30m scheme in Cheshire. The project involves the redevelopment of a prestigious estate for one of the highest net worth individuals in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost control and value management strategies.
Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements.
Oversee the commercial aspects of projects.
Manage cash flow.
Manage subcontractor payments.
Provide guidance on contractual issues.
Variation Account and forecast final accounts.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential construction projects.
