You'll be using your knowledge of the latest trends and culinary expertise to create delicious new products and evolve existing favourites. It's a hands-on role in the development kitchen and factory, working cross-functionally with other departments.

You'll need a good understanding of the product launch process and a proven track record in delivering successful NPD projects.

Passionate about food, you'll have high quality standards and always be looking out for the next global food trends. You'll be regularly involved in product benchmarking, analysing the market and competition in this role.

This role would suit a Senior NPD Technologist looking to step up or an NPD Manager keen to work in an innovation-led foodie business. You'll have a structured career plan with a business that regularly promotes from within.

This is a predominantly site-based position with the odd day homeworking around business needs. The benefits package includes an annual bonus up to 10% of salary.
