Location: London

The Role

As a Paid Media Account Director, you will lead and oversee client relationships, ensuring the successful development and delivery of paid media strategies that align with our clients' business goals. You will act as the key point of contact between our clients and internal teams, driving collaboration, strategic direction, and optimisation across all paid media channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Leadership: Serve as the strategic lead for multiple client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement integrated paid media strategies across search, social, display, and programmatic channels to achieve measurable results.
  • Campaign Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns, ensuring KPI targets are met and exceeded.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (strategy, creative, data, etc.) to align paid media initiatives with broader marketing efforts.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI for clients.
  • Business Development: Support new business pitches and grow existing client relationships through strategic upselling and cross-selling of services.


Skills & Experience

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in paid media management, with a strong background in overseeing multi-channel campaigns (PPC, display, Social).
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing teams and building client relationships at a senior level.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategy.
  • Technical Knowledge: Expertise in using paid media tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.), and understanding of bidding strategies, A/B testing, and programmatic buying.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify challenges and provide effective solutions for clients.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
