Disruptive SaaS sales head hunting agency looking for a Resourcer!


About:

Following substantial 2 year growth, it’s now time to bring in a specialist Resourcer to work with the best sales talent available to help enable our clients to reach further success.

About The Role:


  • Taking in-depth internal handovers to fully understand client requirements from Cosmic leadership.
  • Creating accurate boolean searches in LinkedIn and adding relevant people to candidate pipelines for review - you aren't doing any outreach in this role.
  • Reviewing applications for posted roles and adding the best people to candidate pipelines.
  • Searching through the ATS (Jobadder) for the best candidates keeping candidate records up to date.
  • Meeting daily and weekly KPI requirements set by the leadership team.
  • Providing support to the Founders, such as scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.


Requirements:

*Please note that this is not an exhaustive list as hiring on potential.


  • Ability to commute into London (within a 60 min commute) - we are a primarily remote business but do value face-to-face time on a ad-hoc basis.
  • Extremely proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter Pro and ATS systems.
  • At least 12 months experience resourcing candidates - bonus if you have recruited B2B Sales roles in SaaS.
  • Adaptable, we aren’t like other agencies.
  • Extremely pro-active and patient, your role will be adding candidates to the pipeline which will require combing through large databases.
  • Able to build long term relationships and is highly organised.
