Overview:

This role requires an enthusiastic, engaging Trainer with a therapist qualification that must be at least NVQ level 4, plus at least 5 years’ experience as a Trainer in the skincare / aesthetic sector. It is essential that you can demonstrate that not only can you present in front of a classroom and on line, inspire love of our brands, increase sales, but also write and develop new material and courses for the brands we represent.

Working with industry renowned brands such as DermaQuest, Lira Clinical, Epionce, Alpha Science, Sensilis, Hush & Hush.

Our training must represent the calibre of the treatments and products we offer. We work in partnership with the clinics and spas we supply, working together to develop and strengthen their businesses through exceptional education.

Exceptional knowledge and passion are essential for this role, and you must be committed to solving a wide range of skincare concerns using the best products in the industry.

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to educate and inspire our team and our clients’ teams, showcasing exactly how our exceptional skincare treatments and products deliver incredible results, increase clinic profitability and can be integrated with other modalities on offer.

It is through the dual channels of imparting knowledge and nurturing sales skills that trainers can truly impact their trainees' success.



The Role:

Primarily responsible for developing and delivering training to our staff and customers, as well as building and maintaining strong client relationships. Good relationships with our suppliers are vital too.


A large part of the role will include presenting and delivering training, sales classes in our Manchester Academy and consultations, on a 1:1 basis or in front of a crowd. Some training will be in person at the clinic or academy, and some will be online. Confidence to record engaging and informative training videos, deliver live streams and present at events is also essential.

All training must be in line with our brands’ protocols and guidance.


Required Skills:

- Formulate teaching structure and determine instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops

- Develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works

- Conduct training sessions covering specified areas such as on-the-job training, refresher training, training methods for the business development coaches to use based around the core training syllabus and methods

- Test trainees and sales coaches to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training

- Maintain staff training personnel records, set up customers-based record management systems built around the demands of the business and their growth including treatment and product knowledge

- Adopt our Philosophy of care, which has the client at the sole focus of our efforts

- Demonstrate our range of products, teaching our customers to achieve amazing results and give them the confidence to use our advanced treatments

- Product knowledge to increase sales at training seminars, webinars and trade shows

- Ability to travel to regional locations to provide an exceptional training experience

- Build new material for new classes and staff induction

- Work with our marketing department to improve the material we share on social media and all marketing material produced

- Develop and build on-line presentations presenting the brands or business growth ideas in a variety of ways

- Videos and short films presenting the products for social media, on-line marketing and our customers to use on their websites

- Build the training calendars for at least 9 months in advance with regular updates to existing material and writing to customers with updates ensuring we evidence that we have our finger on the pulse at all times

- Work with the marketing department creating newsletters, content and ideas to improve knowledge and sharing information to grow our customers’ businesses

- Ensure all products are compliant with our suppliers, work with the brands to register new products or update products

- Work closely with the Management Team ensuring our staff, materials and tools are relevant, cutting edge and maximise the growth of our brands

- Create clinical press releases along with key benefits to present and deliver sales classes

- Presenting to various levels of organisations, including executive levels individual and corporate customers

- Find, negotiate and organise training locations as required around the UK

- Selling and leading negotiations with therapists, aestheticians, physicians or cosmetologists specialising in skincare at their offices, by telephone, email or at trade events

- Develop strong relationships with all the brands and their teams to develop course materials and prepare product launches ensuring all communication is compliant

- Actively learn from and adapt to feedback, looking to always ask what could I have improved

Other Responsibilities:

- Commitment to attend and represent our brands at educational seminars and or training classes located in specified geographical areas

- Educational commitment and self-study to continually learn about skincare and the skincare industry.

- Other duties may be required.
