Better Placed are delighted to be partnering with this Northern based not for profit organisation in their search for a Digital Designer.

This is a brand with purpose who make a meaningful impact in the UK. With a 45-year history, they work with policy makers and politicians across the UK and Europe raising awareness of the issues affecting their members and campaign for change. They offer several different products and services to their members to make their lives as successful and hassle free as possible.

This is a new role in the Business and a great opportunity for someone to take control of their Brand Creative & Design. They offer hybrid working, 25 days annual leave + banks, an option to buy and sell additional leave, an excellent pension, annual flex pot to use on various different options.

The role:

• Create and implement campaign concepts by brainstorming ideas, producing detailed campaign materials, designing eCommerce advertisements, and developing industry-leading whitepapers.
• Take control of the Brand Creative, manage third parties ensuring consistencies throughout all Digital touch points.
• Work with the team to help create, resize, and update assets for the website, email campaigns, social media, and display banners.
• Craft visually appealing and high-quality email campaigns that effectively engage audiences and deliver results.

The person:

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Experience in a similar role, either in-house or within an agency, especially in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in design software including InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Figma, and Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of design principles and industry best practices.
