Job Description

Requirements Diploma / NQF level 6 in Management Sciences or relevant qualification 5 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management Corporate facilities Management/supervisory experience Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and implement office moves and office expansion requirements Schedule general maintenance for the building which includes plumbing, waste disposal, air conditioning etc Keep a log book to track maintenance request Obtain approvals from management when necessary Responsible for the procurement of materials, services and supplies, whilst obtaining relevant approvals from management Maintain relationships with these external vendors in line with service level agreements Check goods/services upon receipt/completion for quality and issue invoices for payment Assist with the formulation, testing and implementation of emergency drills and action plans in order to comply with the OHS requirements
