Job Description

Qualifications/requirements: Education: N4 Technical or equivalent. Wiremens License 5 Years in the technical field. Basic technical mechanical experience. Air conditioning systems (advantage). Site safety. PC literacy (MS Windows package) Computer literate with experience in MS Office product range Excel/Word/PowerPoint. Administrative skills. Tool management skills. Responsibilities: Working closely with GNOC, track & providing timely and accurate feedback on all open faults / issues Daily Tracking site down count and pushing subcon and field teams to closure Daily tracking of open vandalism cases and follow-up to closure Sharing daily report and progress on open cases Ensuring all external alarms are configured and tested during the routines Responsible for raising any WRF in the region request by customer. Mobile and static genset repair and 250 hr servicing management with supplier Tracking of Mobile and long running static generators Fuel and Generator Service tracking. Interact with the refuelling teams on mistakes made Daily reconciliation of fuel delivered to site with subcon and HIS Perform field audits to check on Quality of work being done by subcons Perform some Field visits to do Routine Audits Keep track of missed fueling and services. Ensure actions are in place for fueling and services not to be missed Ensuring ESKOM refs are logged for all faults (daily reporting) Follow-up on non-payments wand escalate to IHS for support Random quality audits to be done on weekly basis (OWS data audits of POW) Ensure all POW for Vandalism repairs is uploaded by subcon within 5 working days Daily tracking and progress reporting of over a day outages
