RTT invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the New Business Sales Partner position based in the Johannesburg branch. The role is responsible for securing new customers, thus requires the ideal candidate to be hungry and passionate about chasing sales targets.• Sell company services and products to current and potential clients • Complete understanding of pricing • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made • Follow up on new leads and referrals • Identify sales prospects and contact these potential clients • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships • Prepare a variety of status reports, including sales activities, follow ups and current sales to target reports • Communicate new service opportunities, information, special developments or feedback gathered through client visits, to appropriate company staff • Communicate new company services offered and changes in structure, or pricing with customers • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values Identify and resolve client concernsMinimum requirements• Minimum 4 years sales experience in Transport / Logistics Services • Proficiency in general MS Office Suite • Advanced understanding of Excel PowerPoint • Strong Consultative selling Skills • Strong communication skills • Analytical skills • Presentation skills • Negotiation skills Valid driver’s license and own vehicle Personality and Attributes• People orientated, highly motivated and have a friendly attitude • Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required • MS office • Good negotiation skills • Networking Ability • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Strong listening, oral and written communication skills • Knowledge of advertising and sales techniques • Always maintaining a professional appearance and portraying a positive company image at all times • Relevant experience • Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle Willingness to travel
