Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Growth Manager to manage the on boarding and day-to-day operations of retail partners. The role involves business development, complex negotiations, and building a network of partners to drive growth for our voucher and Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) products. You will work closely with different business units to ensure a seamless and effective working relationship. Contract Duration: 6 months Core Competencies Experience: Proven experience in managing a portfolio of retail partners and handling complex negotiations. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives. Demonstrated experience in account management and partner relationship building. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Commercial acumen across digital industries, with experience in coordinating legal, technical, and commercial teams. Experience in e-commerce and knowledge of the loyalty industry is advantageous. Qualifications: BCom / Commercial degree or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years in business development, ideally within the loyalty or financial services environment. Manage complex partner negotiations and establish new partnerships across various market segments. Retain and grow existing partnerships to foster long-term success. Drive top-line GMV growth and increase voucher adoption across all relevant market segments. Collaborate with partners to determine technical, marketing, and commercial roadmaps for joint digital product initiatives. Prepare and deliver presentations to the executive committee on the success of initiatives, measured against key KPIs.
