Job Description

If you’ve answered ‘Yes!’ to the above, we want to talk to you. Our client is an established investment management company located in town and seeking a capable PA to assist in all matters in the MD office. An attractive remuneration package awaits the successful candidate.
Required Qualifications & Experience :
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent. A university degree is preferred.
- Excellent in key MS Office applications.
- At least 3 years at the executive assistant level is preferred but not a must.
- Exceptional organisational ability, with strong oral and written communications skills.
- High level of confidentiality and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to work flexible and after work (events) hours as required.
