General Manager - Digital Consulting Services

We are partnering exclusively with our client, a global consulting business in digital transformation & innovation across multiple industry sectors, in search of a General Manager for the Singapore/SEA business.

Key Resposibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic vision and business plan for the company, aligned with the global and regional objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders, and identify new opportunities for business development.
• Lead, coach, and empower a diverse and high-performing team of digital technology experts, fostering an inclusive culture of collaboration, respect, innovation, and excellence
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality and profitable projects, adhering to the best practices and standards of Valtech and the industry.
• Manage the financial performance and operational efficiency of the company
• Represent the company in regional and global leadership forums, and act as the spokesperson and ambassador for the brand in the market

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in senior management roles in the digital technology industry, preferably in a global consultancy or agency.
• Proven track record of leading and growing a successful digital business in the Asia Pacificregion, with a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and customer needs
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence diverse teams and stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, with the passion and drive to create value and impact for our clients and our people
