Job Description
Sales Administrator required to join a well-established manufacturing company that specialise in Metal Stamping, based in the Wolverhampton area.
Sales Administrator Position Overview
Processing orders.
Booking new RFQ's on to system.
Updating system for quoted business.
Managing price amendments on MRP system.
Weekly & monthly reporting on Sales Team KPIs.
Liaising with cross-functional teams for internal and customer queries.
Mainline switchboard.
Experience with booking international shipping (ad hoc).
Contract review including drawing control checks.
Compiling cross-functional team KPI's and departmental presentations.
Communicate directly with customers/smaller accounts.
Carry out project handover meetings on behalf of Sales Team if required.
Raise manual delivery notes when needed - don't think this needs to be in.
Liaise with Sales Team for outstanding queries.
Confident using an array of Customer Portals for data downloads.
Sales Administrator Position Requirements
Previous experience in sales admin role.
Strong attention to detail.
Use of paper and electronic filing systems in tandem.
Proficient on Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Proactive & effective communicator.
Forward thinking in bringing improved processes and ideas into daily tasks.
Sales Administrator Position Remuneration
Full time - Permanent
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE
Working hours: 08:30am - 17:00pm Mon - Thur, 08:30am - 13:30pm Fri
33 days holiday (Including BH)
