Job Description
Looking for a lead engineer/supervisor who is electrically biased to join a team of two in a listed Building in the Holborn area. Job entails basic preventative maintenance works ant he occasional reactive on site using an E-log CAFM system.
Job Spec
* Mon- Fri
* 08.00 – 17.00
* £45K -£47K
* Has a monthly meeting with the client’s consultant
* Able to manage and programme in contractors
* Ensure all compliance logs are updated
* Complimentary lunch served inhouse
