Account Manager/Telesales


My client has an exciting new opportunity for several experienced Account Manager/Telesales Executives to join an already successful team in Manchester. They are a leading IT and software providers that have new expanded their sales team. You will be speaking to customers making outbound communication, via multi-channels, as well as speaking with an extensive array of existing customers to upsell and cross sell.


They will offer an excellent salary, commission structure as well as excellent career prospects. It has never been a more exciting time to join them.

· Basic Salary £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

Working as a Telesales Executive you will have

· Previous experience within an outbound telesales or account manager role (Ideally IT or telecoms

· The ability to make outbound sales calls

· Experience of building fantastic relationships with customers

· Can overcome objections

· Can generate repeat and new business

· Working to daily KPI's set by management

· Pro-active and self-motivated attitude towards working toward targets.

· Outgoing personality, with strong organisational skills and tenacious nature.

· A professional and intelligent approach to work.

· Ambitious with the determination to succeed.
