London Area, UK (Remote but able to come to office in London occasionally

£70,000 - £100,000 per annum

We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Creative Lead to steer the creative vision for groundbreaking VR gaming projects. If you have a proven track record in VR gaming and are passionate about leading innovative initiatives, this is your chance to shine!

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the creative direction and develop cutting-edge concepts for VR gaming projects.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to set project goals and strategy.
• Craft and present compelling pitches to win clients and stakeholders.
• Transform ideas into stunning mockups and visuals.
• Lead and motivate a talented team throughout the creative process.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends and introduce fresh ideas.

What We’re Looking For:

• A standout portfolio with a clear focus on VR gaming projects.
• 5+ years in a creative leadership role.
• Degree or equivalent in design, advertising, or related field.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and key design tools.
• Proven experience with AR/VR immersive technologies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in video game design.
