Housing and Regeneration - Associate Solicitor - Up to £80,000 salary

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a national Legal 500 law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals in respect of Housing & Regeneration Law.

Due continued growth of the Regeneration Department, it is now seeking to appoint an additional Associate/Senior Associate to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied legal practice.

The ideal candidate will ideally have experience dealing with development transactions and be able to advise clients regarding acquisitions & disposals of development sites, housing regeneration projects, infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

The Candidate

• Real Estate Housing and Development Solicitor with 1-6 years post-qualification experience
• Ideally trained or gained experience within a similar national law firm
• Strong commercial acumen and passion for business development
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage a varied caseload
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
