• £35k – £45k + bonus

We are working with a leading UK industrial and logistics developer who are seeking a proactive Development Surveyor to join their fast paced and hands on development team.

The Development Surveyor will have full exposure to the complete real estate lifecycle and will involve sourcing new sites, conducting due diligence, and managing projects from financial feasibility through to completion and letting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing strategic land and immediate commercial development opportunities.
• Conduct large-scale site acquisitions and conducting due diligence.
• Collaborate with consultants and manage aspects of existing schemes.
• Assist in marketing, appraisals, and financial feasibility studies.
• Support development appraisals from land acquisition to project completion.
• Work with the planning team to promote sites through the planning process.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in commercial site acquisitions and development appraisals
• Excellent use of Argus valuation software
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
