Assistant Property Manager

Ardeta Search is partnering with an established property management company based in Manchester to recruit an Assistant Property Manager on a permanent basis. This is an exciting role to work with a brilliant team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for guests, ensuring they receive all necessary information before arrival for a smooth check-in process.
• Manage and resolve guest queries, coordinating with contractors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks are tracked and completed efficiently across your portfolio of properties.
• Create and manage property listings on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
• Conduct site inspections and attend meetings as needed, which may occasionally require early starts.
• Oversee small maintenance jobs and coordinate with contractors to ensure work is carried out to a high standard.
• Prepare and send inspection reports to cleaning teams and manage cleaning schedules accordingly.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in property management or the short-term rental sector is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to handle guest and contractor interactions.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Familiarity with the following systems is preferred:

• Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Maps)
• Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO
• Guesty
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
