Role - Defendant Clinical Negligence Associate

Responsibilities:

• Manage clinical negligence cases for NHS Resolution and NHS Trusts.
• Draft reports and witness statements.
• Interview witnesses and instruct experts and counsel.
• Attend court for case management and hearings.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare for trials and mediations.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• Supervise and develop team members.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor.
• Experience in defendant clinical negligence (NHSR Panel firm or MPS MDO preferred).
• Strong independent and team working skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to client data security and meeting targets.
