You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms to drive organic follower growth, increase reach, and enhance engagement
• Lead the creation and management of engaging content on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Supervise and guide a team of executives, ensuring alignment with overall goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer strategic insights on social media best practices and stay informed on emerging trends
• Monitor social media performance, analyse KPIs, and provide actionable insights for improvement
• Design and oversee the implementation of our influencer marketing strategy, taking full ownership of its success

We’re looking for someone with…

• Proven experience in delivering social media and influencer campaigns with amazing, proven results
• Hands-on expertise in managing major social media platforms, including content creation and performance analysis
• Experience in working with influencers
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in video editing and photography skills to bring our content to life in dynamic and engaging ways
