Role: Senior Salesforce Administrator

Salary: Up to £55,000 - DOE

Location: United Kingdom - Remote

TechOhana has collaborated with a well-established automotive business that is searching for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their Salesforce COE and drive its optimisation to deliver exceptional user experiences.

As a key player in optimising their Salesforce platform, you'll have the chance to shape the organisation's future, significantly impacting customer experiences and overall efficiency. Day-to-day config and automation of the platform is going to be vital and this will be based upon Sales, Service & Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the administration, configuration, and customization of multiple Salesforce instances to meet business needs.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee data management, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security through data migration, integration, and cleansing processes.
• Proactively identify and address system issues, bugs, and enhancements to maximize platform efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices to support users effectively.
• Act as the go-to person for all Salesforce-related queries, providing expert guidance and support to users across the organization.

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, handling complex projects and Salesforce instances.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification and additional Salesforce certifications would be a plus.
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to devise creative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• A passion for innovation and a drive to stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends and developments.
