Role Type: Hybrid, ideally once per week, but open to less time

The CRM Analytics Manager will be at the heart of this transformation. You'll take the reins of our client’s CRM data strategy, ensuring that their customer insights are not just numbers but actionable intelligence that drives real change. You'll work closely with a dynamic marketing team to deliver personalised, data-driven experiences that will help solidify their position as a market leader.

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years of analytics experience with strong CRM focus
• Strong expertise with SQL
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar complex CRM systems such as Adobe Campaigns, Braze, Salesforce or similar)
• Expertise building dashboards with tools like PowerBI
• Knowledge and understanding about Google Analytics and wider marketing analytics.
• A keen eye for building automation workflows that streamline operations
• Ability to make complex data simple and actionable
• Highly organised, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
