Insurance Disputes / Product Liability Solicitor

Due to the expansion of the Insurance team, this Tier 1 Ranked Legal 500 Law Firm is looking to hire a talented lawyer to join them.

You will be working on a mixture of insurance disputes including policy coverage, Financial Ombudsmen Complaints, fraud matters, product liability and property damage.

The cases are often catastrophic with claims valued £Multi-Million, they are complex and unique and no two cases are the same!

The ideal candidate will have experience working on insurance coverage work and around 4 years PQE+ (although this is given as a guide only).

As part of the role you will also be running cases through alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration and mediations.

The Candidate

• Solicitor / Legal Executive / Senior Lawyer with experience in insurance work
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
