The Digital Marketing team within Lawfront is responsible for driving growth opportunities for our regional propositions. The CRO & Analytics Manager position will be part of the team who improve the commercial performance of our firms through the continuous improvement and personalisation of all firm digital platforms.


An experienced CRO & Analytics Manager is required to deliver optimisation strategy for our key user funnels for the different legal services and propositions. This key contributor role will be focused on improving the current onsite digital performance in generating new client leads and new enquiries from clients for legal services. A key collaborator within Digital Marketing to optimisation the commercial performance obtained through digital marketing.


The role ensure we promote the customers and user, lead on providing a data and insights driven approach to opportunities to experiment through testing which improve the customer journey and our commercial KPIs.


Key duties:


  • Lead the Digital Conversion Rate Optimisation strategy, process and execution across all digital platforms
  • Management and integrity of Digital analytics and measurement platforms used within the business
  • Provide a methodical framework to identify opportunities and hypothesis to experiment in conjunction with UX to realise the benefits of the CRO plan for each business
  • Provide analysis and insight into the behaviours of users interacting with our digital experiences to stakeholders
  • Use qualitative and quantitative methods and tools to inform your optimisation strategies and be the voice of the customer at every stage in the user journey.
  • Collaborate with internal team on the conversion optimisation across all channels of interactions to deliver best in class journeys
  • Collaborate with digital marketing to launch new features with the optimal journeys


Person spec:


  • Demonstrate experience with a proven track record of delivering performance improvement through A/B and Multivariant testing for service led businesses
  • Strong numeracy and data-driven background with the ability to identify and articulate opportunities across a range of different business stakeholder
  • Technical experience managing and understanding the capabilities of A/B and Multivariant testing tools, web analytics tools, tag management platform and others within practice of CRO.
  • A genuine passion for UX design, usability, and keeping abreast of industry best practice
  • A strong communicator, with high attention to detail and quality of work


Please note that whilst we do operate a flexible hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office, 2 from home) this role is not suitable for someone looking for a remote working opportunity.
