Remote - with Travel in the UK

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement effective paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives. (Budget £1m+ per year)
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Own landing pages and CRO for paid campaigns working with our Hubspot templates and tools to drive conversion.
  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve campaign
  • ROI.
  • Plan and roll-out test and learn roadmaps for paid media initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, new ad formats and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution through
  • engaging ad creatives, effective ad-copy and messaging - and compelling landing pages;
  • Manage budgets (£80k+ per month) and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign performance.
  • Provide regular performance reports and analysis to key stakeholders.
  • Forecast monthly spend and performance targets using modelling of relevant KPIs.
  • Explore new channels (WhatsApp, TikTok etc to expand paid reach and effectiveness)


Ideal Experience:


  • Hands-on experience in paid media campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other relevant platforms.
  • Experience with bid management tools and attribution modelling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively and work to deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance metrics.
