As the Business Development Manager, you will be a key part of the agency's growth and trajectory, with the autonomy to develop new and existing client accounts.

Working closely with the wider team and the SLT, you will generate, manage and nurture leads and relationships across a variety of sectors.

You will be actively promoting the agency to generate new business opportunities, whilst building and nurturing relationships to uncover new prospects, and develop tailored strategies to reach these opportunities. With no two days the same, youll be involved in sales presentations, pitches, and procurement processes, while attending industry events to stay current on trends! With a strong grasp of the agencys services and market competition, youll collaborate with marketing and design teams to create impactful proposals.
