We have the privilege of supporting and advising major clients on a daily basis. In order to support our growth, the agency is currently looking for a Field Sales Representative based in Ottawa. Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, the Field Sales Representative will build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, driving brand performance and product sales. This role involves managing brand execution at the market level, ensuring distribution, pricing, and promotional strategies are met. You will deliver data-driven sales presentations and collaborate with the Field Sales Manager to achieve revenue and sales targets. Why VIBRANT? Salary at $26/hour Monthly automobile allowance starting at $900/month Annual Performance bonus Signing Bonus of $500 payable after 3 months Cell phone allowance of $40/month; Fixed schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday Work on the road as an independent contractor Responsibilities Develop and build strong relationships with assigned accounts Oversee product merchandising at a store level, ensuring positioning in store and cleanliness of displays Present fact-based sales presentations to introduce new products and sell existing products Deliver and exceed on annual territory budget including revenue, distribution and A&P/budget management Work closely with the Field Sales Manager to achieve the different established targets (distribution and sales objectives) Adhere to the company's standards of excellence and service, ensuring quality performance Qualifications & Required Skills Minimum 2 years of progressive sales experience (experience in CPG, retail (grocery), C&G, and/or experience in the beverage alcohol industry are assets) Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field WSET Level II or WSET Level III is an asset Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate, and deliver impactful presentations Organized with proven ability to multitask & manage time and priorities effectively Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a sales environment Able to work well independently and in a team Great Computer skills including MS Office Legally able to sell alcohol beverages Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record.
