Inbound Sales Representative (Remote)

Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative - Remote Unified is looking for experienced Call Centre Sales Representatives to take Inbound sales calls and make outbound sales calls to existing customers. Full-Time positions available between 8am to 8pm EST 100% remote position working from home Requirements The ideal candidate must enjoy a teamwork oriented environment, open to collaborating with others, motivated in helping their peers and customers and is customer driven. Experience working in a Call Centre Sales environment handling incoming and/or making outgoing calls Customer Service oriented in developing and maintaining a positive customer interaction Strong English communication and people skills – written and verbal communication Ability to multi-task and comfortable operating in multiple applications at one time Open to flexibility in schedule including working extended or extra shifts Providing an exceptional customer service experience on each and every call What We Offer Base wage and Bonus Benefits Paid Training and Development Ongoing sales and customer service development classes
