Nusens Niche Contracting Services Inc. is a multi-trade construction company dedicated to providing skilled services, on-time results and complete client satisfaction to the construction and environmental remediation industries. We are not a sub-contractor and perform all of our own services. We are searching for an Account Manager who will represent Nusens’ as an ambassador of our brand, playing a key role in nurturing relationships with our current clients and introducing our services to new clients. This is a full-time position that will present travel opportunities and require a valid G-class license. Nusens is truly a dynamic work place which requires self-motivated people with versatility to also be a team player as you will be interacting with clients and our team members on construction sites as well. Your Role: Client Relationship Building: Work closely with the National Client Relations Manager to enhance our local presence and support relationships with national clients to grow profitable sales. Client Communication: Visit and communicate regularly with existing clients to educate them about our services, and explore mutually beneficial opportunities. Follow-Up & Support: Assist our Estimating and Project Management teams by following up on quotes, ensuring timely responses, and tracking opportunities. Industry Engagement: Represent Nusens by attending industry events, associations, and networking functions to build relationships and promote our services. Client Meetings & Presentations: Plan and attend client meetings to introduce our service offerings and value proposition, conducting presentations both in-person and virtually to showcase our solutions. Marketing Collaboration: Work with our Marketing Team to promote our brand through social media and other channels, ensuring a consistent message across platforms. Basic Estimating: Learn and prepare basic estimates for assigned jobs to support our sales and client needs. Ideal Candidate: Relationship-Focused: You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy nurturing client relationships through clear communication, active listening, and problem-solving. Proactive and Organized: You’re self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and are comfortable balancing multiple tasks, such as client meetings, follow-ups, and project coordination. Eager to Learn: You are excited to dive into the construction industry, learn about our services, and grow alongside our team. Presentation Skills: You have the ability to confidently conduct presentations both in person and virtually, tailoring your approach to different client needs. Team Player: You’re comfortable working cross-functionally with various teams, including Estimating, Project Management, Marketing, and our Production Team to ensure clients receive seamless service. Business Development Oriented: You have a passion for helping a company grow by supporting new client acquisition and maintaining strong relationships with current clients. Familiarity with the construction industry and general construction-related knowledge are an asset University degree or college diploma in a related field are an asset Previous sales-related experience is an asset We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
