Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to focus on prospecting and cold outreach. The BDR will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients. You will represent BNA Smart Payments’ suite of solutions, including our flagship payment platforms, Finatec, and Scan2Give (payment solutions for charitable giving). This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a results-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis to build a strong sales pipeline. • Cold Outreach: Execute cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with decision-makers in target industries. • Qualifying Leads: Engage prospects to understand their business needs, qualify leads, and set appointments for the sales team. • Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of BNA Smart Payment solutions, Finatec, and Scan2Give, articulating the value propositions and features to potential clients. • CRM Management: Accurately track and document all outreach, lead interactions, and pipeline progress in HubSpot CRM. • KPI Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly quotas for outbound activities, qualified leads, and appointments. Qualifications: • 1-3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role, preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS industries. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly. • Experience with cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) and a track record of meeting/exceeding lead generation targets. • Experience with HubSpot CRM and sales tools is preferred. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-performance environment. • A passion for financial technology and innovative payment solutions is a plus.
