Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Transmission Supplies Ltd. at a location coming soon to Edmonton, AB. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, supporting customer inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing solutions to enhance the customer service experience on a daily basis. Job Duties respond to customer inquires regarding product, placement of orders for standard products and services, provide quotations and process orders, and handle customer credits expedite orders and update customer lead times fulfill requests for literature and information regarding core products access, update and maintain records for core products describe products or services to assist customers in obtaining best service from products sold attend training as required provide customer support and troubleshooting to customers via in person contact, telephone, and email interactions follow up with customers on outstanding quotes find opportunities for upselling within product line. Qualifications 3 - 5 years Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team environment Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred Computer Competency, with ability to use Microsoft suite of products and other tools Knowledge of Power Transmission and Motion Control Industry is a plus
