Selling Specialist

Our client, a skin wellness brand, is hiring Selling Specialist for their Vancouver Territory. This person will should have the availability to work 15-20 hours per week. This is a temporary position that will continue based on performance and the needs of the business. Job Duties Include: Achieve sales targets by driving retail performance and implementing strategies within each retail partner Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates across multiple location Maintain a strong presence in stores Monitor and report on competitive retail performance Schedule, plan, and execute training sessions, focus days, events, and brand initiatives at the store level Support product and marketing campaigns through customer interactions, training, and execution of visual directives Provide exceptional customer service to attract and retain clientele Ensure consistent visual merchandising and maintain inventory and operational standards Prepare for store visits using approved tools and resources Complete all required reporting as needed Develop relationships with stakeholders to drive brand growth and sales performance Complete daily store visit feedback forms and communicate regularly with supervisor Job Qualifications Include: 2 years of experience in a prestige beauty and/or retail sales environment Sephora experience preferred Accountability, reliability, and strong time-management skills Results-oriented with the ability to report sales performance daily Goal-driven with the ability to multitask Bilingual in English and French is preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and build business partnerships Excellent customer service skills Flexibility in work hours based on peak shopping times and promotional events Ability to stand for 4 hours or more Salary: $30.00 CAD per hour While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
