We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team and drive growth in the Canadian market. Position Overview: As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint within the enterprise segment. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with large organizations across Canada. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the financial services or benefits industry. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise segment. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR leaders and group benefits consultants. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions. Sales Process Management: Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional value to clients. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. Provide feedback to the product team to enhance our offerings and maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the financial services or benefits industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the financial services landscape, particularly in group retirement and benefits solutions. Experience working with brokers and consultants is highly desirable. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems. Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
