Job Description
â BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION â â Management of the diary and appointments of the CEOâ Help the CEO manage output, workflow and office deadlines.â Take and relay accurate and timely messages from the telephone and emails.â Answer enquiries and know where to get answers (where applicable).â Collect and open all mails addressed to the CEO.â Take minutes of meetings, draft, type and dispatch all the CEOs correspondences.â Liaise with the relevant individuals, external organisations to arrange meetings.â Prepare agendas and take minutes.â Maintain a comprehensive filing system.â Co-ordinate the CEOs travels in conjunction with SCM.â Tabulate and submit the CEOs expenditure and claims.â Perform some desk top research work that may be assigned by the CEO.â Co-ordinate monthly reporting by the direct reports and consolidate their reports into one unit report.â Prepare PowerPoint presentations on information supplied by the CEOâ REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS â Relevant Diploma (secretarial or Administrative) or equivalentâ Must have 5 or more years of experience in the role of personal assistant for a Senior Manager or CEOâ â
